She has been such a blessing to my family through her work with both of my boys, Colt age 4 and Wyatt age 2. Mrs. Fletcher could always be found with a smile on her face and a positive outlook for the day! Both of my boys loved her and respected her tremendously. Wyatt, my 2-year-old, tends to be a difficult child. And it never failed that when he would get upset or throw a tantrum, they would call Mrs. Fletcher to take control of the situation. Wherever she was in the school, she would drop what she was doing and be the only one to calm him down, get him to listen, and comfort him. Mrs. Fletcher was also always available to help discuss behavior and give us suggestions on how we might better handle the situation in times of trouble. Catherine Fletcher is one of the most trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, and caring persons I have ever met! And I’m pretty sure a day didn’t go by that I didn’t see her smiling, engaging with the children, and helping other staff and parents at the school.
